my list. These prices were recurring. Meaning I would have had to pay $47.90 per
month when their sales page only stated $17.95! Needless to say, I terminated my
account with them.

QUESTION: I have tested my autoresponder over
the past week and some of the messages I receive are blank. Why is the

in order, do not skip a message and go to the next one as the system will just
send a blank message for the skipped one ( i.e. if you use 4 messages you must

must make sure that you have at least 2 messages set-up in the auto-responder
system before importing a list, or it will not import. This is an anti spam

instantly? ANSWER: This can not be done! Auto-responders can send only
one message per day.
QUESTION: Most ezines limit ad size from 3-8
lines including web site address and/or email address. With your
auto-responders, how can I key the address so I know which ezine it is coming
from? ANSWER: For Tracking Functions please do the following: Once you
are logged in and at the "Client Menu", click on the "?" next to the "Configure
Auto-responder" button. Study this page fully and you will be all set.

QUESTION: I copied the code that was generated
to create a form, but when the "subscribe" button is pressed nothing happens. It
does not prompt the auto-responder to send out my messages. Why doesn't this
feature work? ANSWER: Let me ask you a question - Did you Configure
your Autoresponder? This is where you set up the redirect link for your sign
up forms. Enter the full HTTP path to the page you want to send someone who just
subscribed to your auto-responder by means of a form on your site.
You should create your forms only after
configuring your autoresponder.
This is required or your subscribe form will not
work!

Autoresponder" button and then click on "Set-up redirect link for sign up
forms"

QUESTION: I would like to be able to add
something to the auto-responder email address that I set up so I know which
ezine that particular person came from, i.e. myusername@customresponse.com?pbz
(where the pbz is the key I would assign a particular ezine), is this
possible? ANSWER: Not at this time. To track your ads you can setup
and use different addresses, such as: username1@customresponse.com
username2@customresponse.com,
etc., etc. Or, better yet, use the Tracking Function so that you can monitor all
click throughs to your various web pages.
QUESTION: When people unsubscribe from my
opt-in list (and I know we can see "how many" in the reports area), how can we
determine WHO it is? ANSWER: From the CLIENT MENU click on the BACKUP
button and scroll to the bottom of the page, you will see all removes.
