Q: How do I load leads into the YouGro system?
A: Simply press the download button and your leads will download and install automatically. No need to download and install leads yourself. Simplicity makes the YouGro system stand alone compared to other mailing software.

Do I need to know HTML to send out the first letter?
A: Absolutely not! Your letter is installed for you automatically when leads are downloaded. You can change the email subject line if you like, but even that is provided for you.

Q: Will I have problems with my ISP?
A: Most ISP's (Internet Service Providers) limit email sending to 200 emails a day per account. So, if you were using your ISP to send mail, you would have a problem. The YouGro system is connected to it's own High Speed Email Server, so you are not using your ISP to send mail. In fact, they don't even know you are sending it!

Q: What about spam complaints?
A: Our system uses a double opt in method, so no spam is even possible with our system.

Q: How can I know that the emails actually went out?
A: Simply check the box in the YouGro system profile to indicate you would like a copy sent to yourself. Your name and email address will be added to the 2,500 leads and an email will be sent to you by your YouGro system.

Q: What are the phone leads?
A: Each day, you will be given 30 telephone leads, and those people have already filled out a survey indicating their desire to start a home business, how much they have to invest, how much they hope to earn a month, and how many hours they can dedicate to their business. Call these leads as much as possible. They can make you a lot of money!

Q: The YouGro system is telling me there is a problem with my license...what does that mean?
A: When you registered with us, you used an email address in our form. That email address must match the email address you put into your profile on the YouGro system software. It is your license. If you need to change your email address, please contact us, and we will change the email address for you.
